eWetpaint implements three levels of user authentication.

The tri level hierarchy ensures the security of your data even from the recruiters. For each login the session time will be for 60 minutes. After 60 minutes session will be expire and the user will be logged out automatically. For better client control the session time can be extended for each user for a nominal fee. Administrator or Account manager can add client details such as their contact information, job information and requirement details and then pass on the task to a recruiter. eWetpaint has a special Paintcan which can be used as a repository of candidates. Paintcan supports individual instances for each department in your organization. Entries in the paintcan can be scrutinized with much ease using our state of the art tools like Snapshot which encapsulate the entire candidate details in one go. It allows the hiring manager to choose the most appropriate candidate and screen out unqualified candidates in an automated way, which saves over 65 percent of the hiring time.

eWetPaint provides a platform to see a Snapshot of the selected candidates through a finer selection process and enables the recruiter to send the resume to the customer via eWetPaint. It tracks the emails, stores templates in an open structure. This makes the application usable in any environment without completely restricting the set work flow. Custom reports are presented and can be customized, teams can interface with messaging, address book and calendar can be updated online and lots and lots more.
